Action Global Communications made Transelectrica’s SPO campaign

Action Global Communications, independent PR full-service consultancy, made the marketing and communication campaign for Transelectrica’s SPO.

The campaign aims to inform the public and to attract investors to subscribe the offer and was commisioned by the Mediatory Syndicate of the Public Offer, that includes Banca Comerciala Romana, Intercapital Invest and Swiss Capital.

Action Global Communications came up with the creative concept, coordinated the online and offline media informational campaign and offered also press office specific services.

To promote Transelectrica’s SPO, there were used posters, flyers, a TV ad available in BCR’s  internal TV network and the microsite www.transelectricaoferta.ro.

Campaign’s headline – “Buy Transelectrica shares and invest in a profitable Romanian company” – sends a call-to action message to the potential investors.
