Image PR developed 2 interactive instruments from Coca-Cola HBC’s employer brand
2 digital initiatives – an interactive stand and a Facebook app – were included within the communication campaign “Destination: Management”, made by Image PR to promote 2nd edition of Management Trainee program from Coca-Cola HBC.
Through the program, 11 young graduates will become managers in 2 years, through an accelerated development process. From here – the idea the 2 tools are founded on: to experience how their future as managers at Coca-Cola HBC can be.
The interactive stand was created specially for students and graduates’ events to which Coca-Cola HBC participates via its partnerships made with student associations and NGOs. The device, customized with campaign’s visual and integrated touch screen shows users how the future of a successful manager looks alike.
The app is intuitive and the ones that access it can discover fas the way towards a managerial position they dream at. From Europe’s Manager of the Year to A manager’s bio or Best Young Manager, the students liked the idea and left with a memorabilia: a printed photo to motivate them further. Moreover, they could opt for posting the photo on Undiscovered Talents Facebook page .

“Destination: Management” is a program of accelerated professional development organized by Coca-Cola HBC, targets talented young people, students in their final year or graduates.
The campaign received, in 2012, a Gold Award at LACP Inspire Awards and Certificate of Excellence at SABRE Awards for its infographic; the entire campaign is nominated at SABRE Awards, within Employer Branding and Recruitment category.
