Adrian Ursu – redactor in chief at Cotidianul

Adrian Ursu is, starting September 1st, the new redactor in chief at Cotidianul daily, after Realitatea-Catavencu group and Razvan Ionescu decided to put an end of their work relation.

Between 1992 – 2005, Ursu was reporter, investigative reporter, war correspondent (Iraq, Yugoslavia, Serbia, Kosovo and Afghanistan), chief Politic department and deputy editor in chief at Adevarul daily. From 2005 to December 2007, he was editor in chief at the Romanian daily Gandul. Also, Ursu has experience in TV shows area, as he made shows for TVR, Radio Romania Actualităţi. He is also the host of “Reality’s people” and of the weekly show “Euro skeptics”, at Realitatea TV. Starting February, Ursu is part of the Editorial Council at Cotidianul.

Razvan Ionescu was appointed editor in chief at Cotidianul daily in May. After the announcement related to leaving Cotidianul, a press release announced that Ionescu will manage and coordinate the International&Magazines division within Adevarul Holding.
