Ringier Romania quits Romanian Press Club

According to Mediafax, Ringier media company exited the Romanian Press Club (CRP), saying it’s because of its business priorities and talking about not fulfilling CRP member’s objectives to segregate the association in two distinct entities.

CRP’s president said that this action was unilateral, reason why she didn’t make any comments regarding Ringier’s option to quit the organization. She said that the organization gets its strength from the members it have and it’s open both to the ones that want to join its ranks and also towards the ones that are choosing to quit.
