More Than Pub handled PR, creative and event marketing duties for Bookfest 2010, international book fair organized annually by Romanian Association of Publishers. The agency won the account after a pitch that took place in the end of April, and Mihaela Petrovan, General Manager at More than Pub, thinks her agency won “because of the proposed strategy, assumed results, the proposed fee” and the implication of the team.
The agency’s efforts, a month in which it took care of creative elements (graphical concept, audio-video scripts, invitations, slogan, webdesign & content), PR (press releases’ writing, maintain the relation with mass-media, monitoring) and event-marketing (inauguration, cocktail, coordination and implementation of different actions during the fair, helped the event to be a success.
Bookfest attracted 50,000 – 60,000 and benefited of a large media coverage with over 500 articles in print, online and broadcasted, with a media value of over Euro 300,000 euro, according to a More than Pub press release.
