Four Romanian journalists, chosen by Vodafone Foundation to act as volunteers for different causes
Four Romanian journalists were chosen by Romanian Vodafone Foundation to act as volunteers for different causes, according to Foundation’s website.
The four journalists are Simina Mistreanu from Wall-Street.ro (Bucharest) and that will be a volunteer for Salveaza vieti (Save Lives), Costin Raducu Anghel, a journalist from Curtea de Arges that will work with HANDROM (Handicap Romania), Ciprian Samir Neculau, journalist that will work with Sfantul Stelian Foundation and Mihaela Carbunaru, journalist that will volunteer at Sibiu Edelweiss Foundation.
The other four volunteers are a HR consultant, an educational instructor, an economist/psychologist and a nurse.
Vodafone Romania foundation launched the “Professional Volunteer” program to help people that want to use their time, skills and energy to support kids, old people and debilitated people or people with special needs.
The foundation is offering to the volunteers an employment contract with full payment for a determined 4 months period. The salary offered is equal with the one each winner had until the start of the program.
