UPDATED: Inform Media aquired the weekly Agenda and Agenda.ro

After buying recently Agenda and Agenda.ro, Inform Media continues the aquisitions by buying the sport news site www.sport365.ro. This year, the company brought  mayra.ro, stilfeminin.ro, capitalul.ro, anticonceptionale.ro.

Launched in 2006, www.Sport365.ro evolved, providing quality content to its users, from all sports areas. Daily, the site offers 40-50 sports news, mainly from internal football, handball, tennis, motorsport, basket, rugby and others. According to SATI, the sportive site had, in september-october, over 1 million page views and an audience of 100.000 unique visitors.

Romanian Inform Media acquired the media trust Agenda, that as in portfolio the weekly Agenda and the news portal Agenda.ro, according to a press release.

Launched in February 1990, the weekly Agenda become a known publication with distribution in the counties of Timis, Arad, Caras Severin and Timisoara (south and east part of Romania). Nowadays, the weekly is printed in 30,000 copies and has 92 pages.

The news portal Agenda.ro was launched in 2008 and publishes news of general interest from Timisoara and Timis county. According to the online measurement service sati.ro, the portal had, in september, an audience consisting in 2,70M page views and 440,301 unique visitors.

Inform Media has 2 divisions, online and print.

The online portfolio includes news portals (www.timisoreni.ro, www.bucuresteni.ro, www.aradeni.ro, www.tion.ro, www.bihon.ro, www.aradon.ro, www.caon.ro, www.huon.ro, www.clon.ro, www.erdon.ro, www.allpres.ro), jobs sites (clujjob.ro, timisjob.ro, bihorjob.ro,  aradjob.ro, sibiujob.ro and bucurestijobs.ro
), a real estate site  (romimo.ro), auto sites (masini.ro, bestauto.ro, bestbike.ro,  mascus.ro), classified ads ( publi24.ro and commune.ro), a marriage site (infomariaj.ro), a gastronomic site (culinar.ro), a website for family and kids (utilecopii.ro), fashion and beauty sites ( mayra.ro and stilfeminin.ro), community sites ( roportal.ro and desenatori.ro).

The print division includes paid dailies (Jurnal Aradean, Jurnal Bihorean, Jurnal de Caras Severin, Bihari Naplo and Friss Ujsag), free dailies (Arad Expres and Timis Expres) and weeklies (Publitim and Super Info Oradea).
