Spreading sanctions right, left and center, CNA watches over Romanian audiovisual activity

National Audiovisual Council (CNA) did its job in 2010 as it did in the last couple years, applying sanctions to the TV stations that didn’t complied audiovisual law.

The most sanctioned TV and radio stations were, this year, OTV, Antena 1 and Radio ZU, that gathered together 142 sanctions with a total value of over RON 2M.

For not respecting the legislation, CNA applied to local and national TV stations and TV cable operators 377 sanctions.
