Adrian Sarbu sold 100k shares in CME
Adrian Sarbu, CEO Central European Media Enterprises, sold 100k shares of his company for $2.1 million.
According to CME, Sarbu is owning now 2.7M shares in CME, directly and indirectly.
CME also informed, according to Reuters, that the sold shares belonged to a company controlled by Sarbu that needed financing at the start of the year.
This is not the first time when CME’s chief sells company’s shares, as he sold 50,000 shares in December.
