RCS&RDS launched an IPTV platform

RCS&RDS launched an IPTV platform, as Romanian press informs. The platform is available in 10 towns, including Bucharest, and offers Internet TV, competing this way with Romtelecom, the only company with national coverage in Romanian that offers the same services, according to ZF.ro.

The platform, DigiPlay, delivers TV services via internet and includes an important number of services, including in HD format.

RCS&RDS starting testing the platform over a year ago but will launch the commercial offer soon.
