TBWA Bucharest promotes an equality program

TBWA Bucharest is promoting an equality of chance project on labor market through the strategical project “For a powerful woman”.

The project is realized by the Romanian advertising agency together with the Partnership Foundation for Equality Center and ActiveWatch – the press monitoring agency.

The campaign is co-financed through the European Social Fund and will last 2 years. It aims to improve the perception over the professional and social role of women and to increase the realization degree of the exerts and mass-media and other factors on the equality on labor market matter.
