Joint venture on Romanian research market

Cristi Iorga, director of Romanian research firm Alfa Cont, will take over, in a joint-venture, half of the shares of M.S. Consulting, according to Paginademedia.ro.

M.S. Consulting was owned, before this partnership, by Anca Fieraru. Following this partnerhip, M.S. Consulting will change its name in Alfa Cont Research, according to a statement Cristi Iorga made for paginademedia.ro.

Alfa Cont Research will be managed by Anca Fieraru, the founder of M.S. Consulting and that worked for PRO Institute, GFK România, media agencies Initiative and Zenith Media and research company eResearch.
