Alfa Cont: FMCG, the most important advertising sector in 2010
The budgets invested in advertising by the top 20 advertisers in 2010 is of Euro 2.5Bn, rate card value, and represents almost half of the total value of advertising investment on classical media – TV, print and radio, according to Alfa Cont Media Watch, quoted by Magazinulprogresiv.ro and Dailybusiness.ro.
In the top 20, 16 positions are occupied by companies in FMCG sector
According to Alfa Cont Media Watch data, the main advertising investor in Romania remains Procter & Gamble, with over Euro 360 M invested in 2010, 100M plus compared to the year before.
The next 3 places are occupied by telecom companies Orange, Cosmote and Vodafone, while Unilever comes the 5th.
