1 . The Money Channel is taken over by Sorin Freciu and Dragos Nedelcu. This way, the TV stations exits the management contract closed by Sebastian Ghita with Realitatea Media starting June 1st.
The Money Channel will be taken over by Media A&S, that has as administrators Dragoş Nedelcu and Sorin Freciu, as a press release signed by Sorin Enache, general manager Realitatea Media, shows.
2. Sorel Radu, manager of Media Point sales house, announced he leaves the company that manages Adevarul Holding’s media sales, according to Paginademedia.ro. Radu said he leaves because of a “very tense relationship” and accused a subordination attempt from Adevarul Holding.
Media Point is an advertising sales house selling advertising for Adevarul Holding’s products. The entity is 100% owned by the advertising agency Odyssey Communication, where Dinu Patriciu, through DP Holding, is shareholder with 40% shares, together with Diana Flutur (also 40% shares).
3.Adrian Sarbu, CME’s CEO, has a salary of $1.8M per year, as ReporterVirtual.ro writes, quoting an official document of the mentioned company.
Besides that, on May 16th, CME will discuss the renewal of CEO mandate Adrian Sarbu has and also choosing for another year company’s 14 directors, among which there is now also Andrei Boncea, Senior Vicepresident for Content.
