Adevarul Holding to launch Adevarul TV on adevarultv.net and Click FM radio

Adevarul Holding prepares the online launch for Adevarul TV, that will test broadcast on adevarultv.net, and of Click FM, as the TV and the radio owned by Dinu Patriciu will probably broadcast also on-air and on FM by the end of the year .

According to Mediafax, Adevarul Holding aims to launch Adevarul TV and Click FM first online, in September, tha launch on-air and FM being scheduled to happen by the end of the year . Also, City FM – radio station that will see its frequency passing to Click FM – will continue to broadcast only online.

Adevarul Holding received, on October 12th 2010, an audiovisual licence from Romanian National Audiovisual Council in order to launch the generalist TV station Adevarul TV, as the holding announced that intends to launch the TV station and a network of 40 local radio station with a total investment of Euro 37M.

Now, the company prepares the online launch of Adevarul TV, that will test broadcast on adevarultv.net and will have a mix of info that includes live broadcasting, news, different programs, promo and weather info.

As Mediafax writes, Adevarul Holding now plans to launch, in autumn and initially online, a radio station Click FM, that will probably broadcast in the future in FM, on City FM’s frequencies.

Adevarul Holding, controlled by Romanian businessman Dinu Patriciu, has in its portfolio Adevarul daily, Click! tabloid, OK!, Dilema veche, Dilemateca and Foreign Policy Romania magazines and the Ukrainean daily Blik, together with the premium book collections Adevarul and an important number of supplements and complementary products. The international division of the trust also includes newsrooms in Italy and Spain, founded in 2007. Also, Adevarul Holding is the editor of Forbes Romania and Tango magazines.
