1st generation of Tempocrats graduated Tempo Creative Group’s internship program
Companies part of Tempo Creative Group – Tempo Advertising, Rogalski Grigoriu Public Relations and Kinecto – ended this week the 1st stage of their internship program, Tempocrats, launched in November and that aimed to identify and launch future talents within the company.
Following the applications received for the internship, there were selected 6 young people that, for 4 months, joined strategy, creative, PR and digital teams of the group.
Tiberiu Coman, Jasmina Al-Qaisi, Ruxandra Oprea and Madalina Aldea are the 1st generation of Tempocrats that graduated. Tiberiu and Madalina were hired by Tempo Advertising during the stage.
I was an intern for 3 months in Tempo (Kinecto) and I can say that these are months in which I learned to communicate in a different way. I understood that advertising is mainly about people. In Tempo, I had my “baptism” in advertising
