Vodafone Romania launched Vodafone Experience Store

Vodafone Romania opened Vodafone Experience Store, situated in AFI Palace Cotroceni and aiming to offer to its visitors a new experience, combining tech innovation with a new approach towards the client.

The opening of Vodafone Experience Store is accompanied by events and contests that dare visitors to use tech to make art. Moreover, between July 26-29, Vodafone Experience Store will offer a special promotion, with Euro 100 discount for smartphones buys for certain subscriptions and double benefits in subscriptions for 6 months.

Vodafone Experience Store offers all its visitors a new interaction and sales experience. We want this place to be a representative place, not only for our industry, through hi-quality assistance for clients, human touch and our team’s open attitude, so that Vodafone’s clients to find here the best solutions and keep a smile on their faces

With a space of 500 square meters  at the 1st floor of the mall, Vodafone Experience Store includes more areas with direct access, such as mobile internet area, testing and relaxing areas, business area, info area, a special space for kids and a  coffee corner.

The store has an unique design, that reflects Vodafone brand, with the entire consumer’s experience centered on the idea of simplicity and mobility.

According to ComputerBlog.ro, Vodafone invested Euro 7M during last 18 month in rebranding its almost 100 own stores in Romania. In what concerns Vodafone Experience Store, its costs were of around Euro 600,000.

Vodafone Experience Store will also be a space where there will be organized cultural events, terminals launches and that will also host projects ran by Vodafone or its partners.

Starting the launch date, the store presents the “PATZAIKIN Romania Olimpica” collection, exposing the creation of a 100% Romanian brand. The collection is used as official clothes by Romanian delegation at London 2012 gala ceremonies and the money generated in sales will go to social projects aiming to develop the communities in Danube Delta.
