Electrolux Design Lab – winners that offer a complete sensorial experience

The 10th edition of Electrolux Design Lab dared students in industrial design to imagine how a complete sensorial experience can be integrated in appliances that one uses on daily basis. 10 young designers, selected out of 1,200 participants, will present their concepts to a specialized jury, on October 25th, in Milan.

The finalists come from Australia

Because we celebrate the 10th Electrolux Design Lab anniversary, we gave the students a brief to help them to create holistic sensorial experiences. The 10 concepts that reached EDL 2012’s finals give an overview about the creative thinking way that surprises us, dares us and determines us to talk about the future

The October finals will take place in Tiennale Design Museum from Milan(Italy). The awards will be: an internship stage at Electrolux’s global design center and Euro 5,000, along with 2 other prizes of Euro 3,000 and Euro 2,000.
