The future of advertising, in focus at IAB Forum Romania

As advertising is one of most dynamic sectors globally, IAB Romania looks towards the future, with IAB Forum Romania 2012 to focus on the future of advertising: mobile advertising, virals, trends for next few years.

The event, that reached to its second edition, will take place on October 16th, at Intercontinental Hotel Bucharest and will have speakers from renown companies in global advertising.

Robert Pefanis, International Head of Sales Thinkdigital, will discuss about rich media advertising impact, with focus on new banner formats and their efficiency. Geoffrey Hantson,  Executive Creative Director Duval Guillaume Belgium, will talk about the way virals are spreading and the impact over brands, while Gemius and Google representatives will present the future of mobile advertising and trends related to measurement (online, video and on mobil). The panel will be closed by Rupert Slade, Head of International CEE PHD Worldwide, with an inspirational speech on media’s future.

IAB Forum Romania aims to present an overview of the online advertising industry in Europe and Romania, acknowledge the effects of regulations initiatives, inform on European trends and know-how, increase advertisers interest towards online and become a reference event in terms of content and speakers quality.
