EMEA Sabre Awards launched the call for entries for 2012 competition
Holmes Group issued its call for entries for the 2012 EMEA region SABRE Awards competition. EMEA region awards recognize campaigns and content from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, conducted at least in part during the 2012 calendar year. Categories range from consumer marketing and corporate reputation programs to employee communications and public affairs campaigns.
The awards will be judged by a distinguished panel of industry leaders, including representatives of major global agencies (Tasso Enzweiler – Ketchum Pleon, Rachel Friend – Weber Shandwick, Hanning Kempe – Fleishman-Hillard, and Scott Wilson – Cohn & Wolfe) and senior executives from leading independents: Richard Brett – Shine (UK), Giles Fraser – Brands2Life, Hans Geelmuyden – Nordic giant Geelmuyden Kiese, Christof Schwartz – Schwartz Communications (Germany), and Sergey Zverev – CROS (Russia).
The client side of the business will be represented by senior communicators from Akzo Nobel, Avaya, Cisco, Ikea, McDonald’s, Novartis, Procter & Gamble, and more.
The deadline for entries is Friday, December 21st, 2012, with late entries to be accepted, with an additional fee, until Monday, January 28th, 2013.
Entry forms can be downloaded here. When it comes of fees, the basic entry fee of £200 (UK) / €250(Euros) / $325 (US) covers a single campaign for entry in one Geographic category, one Practice Area category, and one Industry Sector category. Entries submitted for Platinum categories require an additional fee of £40 / €50 / $65. The same campaign may be entered in additional categories for £20 / €25 / $35 per category. All entries received after the deadline of December 21, 2012, but before the late deadline of January 28, 2013, are subject to a late fee of £30 / €40 / $50.
