Important move on Romanian digital market: Hyperactive and Senior Interactive merge as Senior Hyperactive
Romanian digital agencies Hyperactive and Senior Interactive merged, with the newly formed agency to act on the market as Senior Hyperactive, under the management of Mihai Tataru, agency’s new Managing Partner. The agency becomes member of Lowe Romania Group, that also includes Lowe, Initiative, GolinHarris, BPN, Medic One and Mobile Works.
Following this merger, the share of digital specialists within Lowe Group is over 40%. With an unique structure in the industry, they cover equally the 2 levels of competencies, both strategy, creation and digital communication and tech area (programming and R&D).

The 2 agencies started the discussions in September and signed the merger contract in the start of this month, with Senior Hyperactive to become operational on March 30th, 2013.

After the merger, Senior Hyperactive clients portfolio includes companies such as Altex (Altex, Media Galaxy), Bayer, BMW, British American Tobacco, Hewlett Packard EMEA, ING Bank Romania, Friesland Campina, LIDL, MSD, Orange Romania, Pfizer, Provident, StarBev, Stilago, Unilever, Wrigley and XTB.
