To make the top 20 PR agencies, Biz and Unlock Market Research’s study took in consideration 5 quantitative indicators – the percentage of business turnover increase in 2012 compared to 2011, the profit reported in 2012, number of employees, number of clients and the total amount of net fees cashed in in 2012, along with notoriety, agency’s rate of employement, competence and agency’s potential to receive invitations to pitches.
