“200 Best Digital Artists Worldwide” exhibition, presented in Bucharest by AdPrint Foundation and Lürzer’s Archive
AdPrint Foundation and Lürzer’s Archive present, in Bucharest, on July 25-29, at Stribei palace, the exhibition “Lürzer’s Archive 200 Best Digital Artists Worldwide”.
The exhibition reunites the best works from “200 Best Digital Artists Worldwide”, published in May, printed in big format, and a projection ith all the 506 images in the album, signed by 200 digital artists from all over the world.
The selection of the works was made by Michael Weinzettl – Editor in Chief Lürzer’s Archive – the one that selects the works published in the magazine and the special albums Lürzer’s Archive for over 25 years. He made the selection together with a jury that included Anne Telford, writer and editor, former Managing Editor Communication Arts magazine, Michael Jostmeier, dean of Design Faculty at Georg-Simon-Ohm University Nuremberg and Chris Christodoulou, CEO Saddington Baynes.
“Lürzer’s Archive 200 Best Digital Artists Worldwide” is the second project from the series of events prepared by AdPrint Foundation in 2013, after the campaign “Print beautifies our life”, and is supported by Grolsch, Pepsi and DDB Romania.
AdPrint expanded its activity starting 2013 and aims to generate, reunite and promote advertising via print, graphic design and printed media at international level.
AdPrint was launched in 1998, as a local competition dedicated to print, and evolved into a regional festival in 2001, expanding at Europe’s level in 2004. For 13 years, AdPrint awarded the best print, outdoor and graphic design works.
