World Vision’s “Donor of future” campaign, signed by Jazz
Jazz signs the newest campaign for World Vision, after it won a pitch last year and made the entire campaign that aims to support a community in Dolj county. The community development program aims to be the strongest way of fighting against poverty in Romania.
The campaign includes an emotional TV ad, a strategic partnership with Romanian state TV channels TVR 1 and TVR 2 – conceived together with Romanian agency Next Advertising and an online platform strongly supported through program’s website, www.donatordeviitor.ro, and the Facebook page.
We filmed in one of the poorest areas in Romania. Anyone that gets to meet the people that live in a deep poverty cannot remain unmoved. To eliminate poverty isn’t a charity act, but a justice act. As slavery, poverty isn’t a natural state. It is caused by people and can be eradicated by people, to quote an anonymous author. Through Donor of Future, World Vision aims to change mentalities and to teach communities to become self-sustainable
