AMPRO Design in 2013: 4 international awards and turnover up 27%

Romanian brand and packaging design agency AMPRO Design posted a turnover up 27% in 2013, compared to previous year, ain aims, in 2014, for a further 20% increase of its business.

Moreover, the best projects the agency worked last year are “Traditions in Romania” for Danone Romania, the AMPRO milk bottle and a project for 981 condoms concept, with the last two receiving 4 accolades in international competitions.

The increase of the projects volume came as a consequence of AMPRO Design expanding its clients’ portfolio from 16 to 20. Newly entered in agency’s portfolio are Hochland Romania, Orkla Foods, Penny Cehia and Silverlink.

2013 was a good year also in terms of what we learned, so that, in 2014, we will continue with implementing the procedures that helped us progress. Financially, for this year, we aim for an increase of 20% for our turnover

From organizational and strategy point of view, the increase of agency’s efficiency also came from improving the structure of the company, but also from the decision to cease participating to unpaid pitches. In 2013, AMPRO Design also expanded its team, with Cristina Ionescu (Senior Account Manager), Laura Facalet (Account Manager) and Cosmin Cucu (Senior Designer) joining the agency. In the same time, Mihaela Dumitrescu took over the management of Client Service department.
