Okazii.ro and MasterCard, partnership supported by Romanian Consumers’ Protection National Association

In a move that represents a first in Romania, the e-commerce website Okazii.ro and MasterCard join their forces to promote the safety of electronic payments. Over 2.6M products available on Okazii.ro can be paid via card and, through the partnership with MasterCard, Okazii.ro’s users will be informed about the extra protection measures they can take, with Zero Worries guarantee offered by MasterCard and Maestro cards.

The clients who pay with MasterCard or Maestro, issued anywhere in the world, get the extra Zero Worries guarantee. In case their cards are stolen, lost or used in an unauthorized manner, they can recover their money, respecting MasterCard’s conditions.

Supporting the card payments is part of a strategy developed by Okazii.ro in order to increase the quality of the transaction made on the platform. In this context, one of the most important aspects is developing the service Delivery Guarantee, a complete protection instrument for both buyers and sellers.

We are happy for this partnership with MasterCard, as it supports a strategical direction through which Okazii.ro aims to increase the number of card payments. We are promoting this type of payment and want to offer, through it, the best condition to make transactions for all our users
