In its 10 years of representation in Romania, Cannes Lions’ Romanian office mobilized industry’s creative energies, motivated them, educated and encouraged them to shine on the international stages, in competitions and juries, at seniors’ and juniors’ levels. The first Romanian entries to the festival, the first hundred Romanian delegates, the youngest delegates in the world at the festival, the first Romanian jurors in the evaluation panel, 2 consecutive Golds in 2013 (Design) and 2014 (Cyber) for Romanian Young Lions teams educated at The Alternative School – are only a few of the consequences of a sustained lobby and of a brilliant coaching strategy practiced at industry’s scale. The first 10 years of Cannes Lions Romania are celebrated with a series of networking events and discovering of the most interesting trends in the contemporary communication under the umbrella “The Best of Cannes”.
