International e-commerce and online marketing experts to participate to GPeC Summit
GPeC Summit will take place on May 11-13, in Bucharest, marking 10 years of GPeC (Gala Premiilor eCommerce – eCommerce Awards Gala n.red.) and brings together an impressive line-up of speakers.
The special guest at GPeC Summit is the online marketing genius Neil Patel, who will speak for the first time to the Romanian public. Both him and the rest of the invited speakers are renown experts, followed online by the entire e-commerce and online marketing industry from Romania.
Neil Patel is the co-founder of Crazy Egg, Hello Bar and KISSmetrics and one of the most known international marketing bloggers. He has among his clients companies like Amazon, NBC or HP, whom he offered advice to and helped increase sales. Wall Street Journal designated him among the most influential online personalities and Forbes put him in top 10 online marketers. On the other hand, US president Barack Obama placed him in top 100 entrepreneurs under 30.
Speaking at GPeC Summit is also Chris Goward, president WiderFunnel and the brain behind LIFT™ and Kaizen™. Chris developed strategies for conversion optimization for clients like Google, Electronic Arts, Magento and BuildDirect.com and is the author of “You Should Test That”, international bestseller on how any business can improve significantly through A/B testing.
On the other hand, the next speaker, Craig Sullivan, is, since 2006, one of the most known international experts in Analytics, Split Testing, conversion optimization, User Experience and Voice of Customer. He contributed to develop the teams and increasing the online presence for companies like Google, LOVEFiLM, Lego, John Lewis, eBay and others. Through conversion optimization techniques and rapid tests, Craig brought to the companies he works with, during the last 5 years, benefits of over half billion Euro.
Simo Ahava (Head of Analytics Netbooster) is expert in web analytics customization and tag management solutions, meant to improve the entire life cycle for collecting, processing and data reporting. His main areas of speciality are Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and he was named Google Developer Expert in those 2 segments by Google.
Matthew Woodward is one of the most known online marketers, very appreciated for the detailed tutorials he publishes on his personal blog. Matt contributed to the success of many international brands in terms of “out of the box” online marketing.
On the other hand, Ivan Mazour is CEO & Founder Ometria – marketing and predictive analytics platform specially built for retailers in order to help them use data to automatize and customize their communication with clients. Ometria is supported by top SaaS and e-commerce entrepreneurs from London and was voted by Wired magazine as one of the most promising e-commerce start-ups in UK.
PayPal CEE’s Head of Sales, Matt Komorowski, comes to GPeC as PayPal’s representative and is responsible with developing business partnerships, regional expansion and new business in the region. Previous to joining PayPal, Matt worked as Head of Sales at Groupon Poland, was consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and manager Avon Cosmetics.
Another speaker on GPeC Summit’s list is Yauhen Khutarniuk, Head of SEO Link-Assistant.com, the developer of SEO PowerSuite – a tool used by the most important companies with online presence at international level. Yauhen has 9 years of experience in online marketing and is one of the SEO pioneers in Belarus.
GPeC Summit means 3 days of premium content and networking with the elite of the online commerce. The 1st day (May 11th) is dedicated to GPeC Conference, consisting in keynote speeches and debate panels. The first day will also host the GPeC E-Commerce Expo – the place where companies offering e-commerce services and solutions have the opportunity to meet their potential clients (e-shops), obtaining leads and partnerships.
