CCC Convention prepares for next stage, in October
On October 8th, in Berlin, CCC organizes the 18th edition of CCC Convention, international business event focused on the newest trends in Customer Care.
This year, convention’s agenda is full of “emotions”, as its theme is “Empathy and Emotional Connection: smart, interactive and empathic international business stories”. International speakers present at the event will present innovative business solutions and set up the basis for discussions related to the importance of emotions and empathy in business contexts.
Among this year’s speakers at the convention are: Alper Alten (Customer Services Quality Management and Planning Senior Management, Vodafone Turkey), Ela Banu (Head of Advisory Contact Centres) & Mihaela Predica (Head of Business Area – Accounts, Payments, Value Added Services) from ING Bank Romania, Ilker Baydar (CEO, Markafoni, Zizigo, Enmoda, Misspera at Naspers Group Turkey), Carmen Beissner (Global Director Customer Care & CRM, Delivery Hero/Lieferheld Germany) and Driss Saibi (Deputy CTO, Priceminister France).
At this year’s convention, CCC will award the 10th special CCC award. Besides the award, a personality present at the event will join CCC’s Hall of Fame for its devotion and involvement in developing the customer care industry.
CCC Convention is an international business and customer care event promoting experience exchange between international experts in the field. CCC Convention was launched in 1998, in Vienna, in order to professionalize and develop the image of the industry on the specific market.
