Romanian Hello group launched Foodwise, specialized communication division
Hello Group launched Foodwise, specialized division to communicate from clients from food & beverages sector. Its portfolio will include companies and brands like Ursus Breweries (Ursus, Timisoreana, Ciucas), PPD Romania (J&B, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Tazovsky Vodka, Campari, Cinzano, Aperol), Coca-Cola HBC, FrieslandCampina, Lactalis, Hame and others.
At the launch, Hello estimated that Foodwise will have a turnover of Euro 700,000 by the end of the current year.
After almost 5 years of activity with beautiful results and expertize on food&beverages segment, we felt the need not just for an expansion for Hello, but also for a specialization in a field where we already delivered. Therefor, after a brand audit made internally and among our clients, we decided to create Foodwise, a new specialized division, with a team of people with passion and dedication for this segment

Foodwise has over 10 years of experience in implementing communication projects for important food & beverages brands. Its team has currently 16 employees specialized in strategy, client service, creative, production and implementation. The team was selected following a recruiting process that lasted around six months.
Foodwise offers services covering four areas of communication: brand identity and design, integrated communication, events’ organization and on & off trade marketing. Foodwise aims to work in developing and implementing communication projects with key opinion leaders for food&beverages sector, from researchers in the field and NGO representatives to food bloggers, chefs or food artists.
We are starting the journey not only with the expertise we accumulated and validated in time, but also with the certitude that specialization is needed. Communication is a very large area and, maybe because of that, sometimes is very vague. So that, most of the times, clients, both multinational and local companies, need specialized services, creative projects that generate results. That is why the need to found Foodwise came naturally
