Lucian Romascanu, appointed Country Manager for Romania at TailWind

Lucian Romascanu, a graduate of ASE Bucharest which holds an EMBA at the University of Washington, Seattle/ASEBUSS, has extensive experience in media and held top position with important Romanian media companies like Ringier or Dogan Media (KanalD).

Within TailWind, his role will be to increase the presence of Project Agora within the digital landscape and to make it the preferred destination of the advertisers’ programmatic budgets. In the same time, Romascanu and his team will work on increasing the market share for Sizmek adserving solution, part of TailWind portfolio.

Project Agora, officially launched in December 2014 in Romania and Greece, aims to bring laissez-faire in advertising by creating trusted, brand safe marketplaces that add value to advertisers while protecting the interests of local publishers. During the five months since launch, Project Agora Romania managed to get on board eight top Romanian publishers and already ran campaigns that reached higher KPIs than the industry average.
