Romanian creative and digital development studio Mind Treat Studios gathered a total of 54 awards with 13 entered works in Media & Interactive Design Awards section at International Creativity Awards 2015. That is why it also scooped the first place among participant companies, ahead of WHOISCARRUS and SapientNitro from US. The winning projects signed by Mind Treat Studios were developed for the following agencies: MRM, Universal McCann, McCann Erickson, Geometry, Publicis, Cohn JWT, The Institute and Mercury 360.

At this year’s edition of the American competition, which awards since 1971 the excellence in advertising and design, there were competing a total of 143 agencies and studios from 16 countries, that entered over 400 cases. Among the participating countries were USA, Germany, Sweden and Netherlands. The jury that evaluated the works included 20 members, creatives from international advertising agencies, freelancers, communication professors or designers working for top companies.

The success achieved at Creativity Awards validates one more time the quality of the local advertising. We believe Romania is on the brink of developing tech products with international relevance. During the last few years, the Romanian advertising industry showed not only that is capable to come up with fresh and unconventional ideas, but also that it has the capacity to implement them from a technical point of view and that it has professional designers, who understand what users experience on an online platform. Romania is prepared for the international markets and we hope to be the tip of lance to start with. Especially as this year seems to be a fruitful one. According to our estimates, we will end 2015 with a business turnover of Euro 400,000, more than double compared to last year

The success at Creativity Awards rounds up the portfolio of awards achieved by Mind Treat Studios this year.

The studio, founded in 2011 by Diana Dragomir – Business Development Officer, Andrei Stanescu – Lead Developer, and Costin Dragomir – Lead Designer, implements for almost four years projects for the biggest Romanian advertising agencies. Among  the brands MTS developed apps and communication platforms on Kinect, iOS, Augmented Reality, Facebook or Android are Vodafone, Orange, Coca-Cola, Nestea, Volkswagen, Renault, Dacia, Tarom, Petrom, OMV, Paul, KFC, Orbit, Lidl, Milka, KPMG, JTI, British American Tobacco, Nescafe, Doncafe, Samsung, Beko, HP, BCR, Heineken, Ciuc, J&B, Cif, TEDx, Palmolive, Head & Shoulders, Vichy, Novartis, Bayer and others. Mind Treat Studios ended 2014 with Euro 166.000 turnover, up 50% compared to the previous year.
