IMWorld brings the dancing robot and the PC-controlling bracer to Bucharest
A dancing robot, the ECHO phone and the bracer that allows controlling tech via gestures are just a few gadgets that will be presented and available for testing at Internet & Mobile World 2015 (IMWorld 2015). IMWorld, B2B event dedicated to digital, mobile and software solutions, takes place in Bucharest on October 7-8.
Besides the gadgets mentioned previously, Telekom Romania brings to its stand, for testing, solutions like smart lightening, smart parking, managed wi-fi and tele-medicine.
When it comes of speakers, among the most important ones is Limor Schweitzer, CEO la Robosavvy, who will hold an interactive session with the title „The robots are coming”, session during which the dancing 3D printed sociable robot will be presented. Schweitzer founded, 11 years ago, RoboSavvy Ltd., company who created the most intelligent research robot in the world and the printable robot that looks alike Honda Asimo.
Javier Martinez, VP of Business Development Libelium, is also among the speakers and will have a session entitled „Smart Cities, Smart Citizens”, focusing on the immense opportunity that exist today for creating intelligent cities.
Simon Gosling, Global CEO Happy Finish, has 25 years of experience in advertising and was, over time, part of the teams handling special effects for several Oscar-awarded movies, among which Gravity, Harry Potter and Avatar. A renown personality in VR world, Gosling comes to Bucharest with „Tomorrow’s Reality – What’s On The VR & AR Horizon?”, during which he will present the way VR changed the world we are living in and the every day habits.
