TeCOMM: mCommerce in 2016 – significant increases for the online stores
Online sales via mobile apps increased significantly during the last couple of years, as a shopify.com study shows. From the total electronic sales, 50.3% come from mobile gadgets, which confirms the eCommerce mobile trend.
Online, besides the structure of website’s structure, the shopping basket, used tools, adopted strategies, campaigns and invested budget, to transforming UX in CX and later loyalization of the client, the numbers are a defining factor and the success story of a brand is told mainly via its turnover.
TeCOMM‘s 9th edition scheduled to take place in Cluj will speak about the trend of increasing online sales via mobile apps and smartphones. The event will take place end of October (25-26) and is expected to be attended by over 300 owners of online stores and professionals in eCommerce.
