IMWorld ’16: International tech leaders to come to Bucharest
Some of the most renown leaders in digital and IT will be present this summer in Bucharest, where IMWorld is scheduled to start, with 130 international and local speakers that would take the 5 content scenes to present the innovations of the year in 90 sessions of presentations, case studies and workshops, on October 5-6.
Romania – regional tech hub
The event brings together over 4,500 companies in the region. The main stage will serve to debate subjects such are digital transformation of companies, biohacking, VR, augmented reality and artificial interlligence, hardware trends, mobile techs and Internet of Things.
Present on the main stage, Patrick Kramer, Chief Cyborg Officer Digiwell, will hold a session on “Internet-of-US”, a new idea that aims that, in the future, all people will be connected via brain chip implants. To demonstrate the concept, the speaker will choose a volunteer from the audience in order to implant to him a NFC/RFID in the hand

Two out of the 5 scenes at Internet&Mobile World will have content dedicated to marketing professionals and developers. Marketing Innovation Stage will host workshops case studies from the international leaders with experience in working with brands such are Aston Martin, John Lewis, Harley Davidson, Burberry, Ferrari, Adidas and global advertising agencies. Some of the confirmed speakers are Dom Boyd, Head of Strategy & Planning ADAM&EVE DDB, Deidre McGlashan, Global Chief Digital Officer Mediacom, John Vary, Innovation Manager John Lewis and many others.
Dev Stage stage will host presentations from professionals in JavaScript (October 5) and Java (October 6 ). The presentations and workshops are based on speakers’ experiences in companies like Google, Oracle, Nike, Unilever and Dyson.
