ADCE High Potentials, which match-makes European creative talent with the HR directors looking to hire them, is returning in 2017 on the 16 February at the Akademie U5 Munich.

First introduced at the 2nd European Creativity Festival in 2015, each edition sees a fresh crop of young creatives (nominated by ADCE member clubs and the U5 Akademie) given a unique opportunity to showcase themselves in front of Creative and HR Directors from all over Europe.

The following 22 creatives have been selected for High Potentials 2017:

This edition features companies including thjnk, Serviceplan, DDB Berlin, McCann EMEA, Grabarz & Partner, and Publicis Pixelpark, and will be led by U5 Akademie Director and long-time ADCE collaborator HP Albrecht.

In addition to the opportunity to present their best work, the young creatives will also take part in a “speed-dating” networking session, allowing them valuable 1-on-1 time with all of the agency representatives to try and secure their dream role.
