New York Festivals International Advertising Awards 2018 – open for entries
New York Festivals International Advertising Awards is now accepting entries for the 2018 competition. New York Festivals, now in its 60th year, is recognized worldwide as a touchstone for global creative excellence in advertising and marketing communications.
For 2018, NYF will expand their robust competition roster and in the weeks ahead unveil additional areas within the advertising, marketing, and communications sphere to showcase innovative creative from around the globe.
New York Festivals receives entries from 80+ countries in all media and NYF’s powerhouse roster of competitions represents the full spectrum of creative work in the world of advertising communications.
The 2018 NYF Jury selection process is underway. Drawing from the world’s most prominent agencies, NYF assembles the largest and most diverse brain trust of global creative minds who collectively cast over 400 votes to select the World’s Best Advertising. The online Grand Jury, nominated by previous award-winning creatives, carefully reviews all entries and determines the shortlist.
For the 8th year in a row, the Executive Jury, an elite panel of 30 worldwide chief creative officers, will meet in together in New York City for five days of deliberation and select the World’s Best Advertising from the shortlisted entries selected by the international Grand Jury.
NYF’s juries are respected both locally and globally and the competition’s world-renowned matrix judging system provides jurors with a revolutionary judging platform. The work entered in NYF’s Advertising Awards is reviewed with the utmost attention by 400+ members of the world’s foremost advertising creatives

New York Festivals recognizes exceptional contributions by individuals and companies within the international advertising, marketing, and communications community. In addition to Best of Show, Global Brand of the Year, Global Agency Network of the Year, Regional Agency of the Year, and Best New Agency of the Year, special awards in the competition shine the spotlight on innovation and include: Boutique Agency of the Year, Independent Agency of the Year, and Best Commercial Film Director.
The 2018 New York Show awards ceremony and gala will take place the evening of Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the world-class performance space, Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall, Broadway at 60th Street, New York City. This year, in an effort to streamline the entry process, NYF has introduced a new fee structure for entry pricing—one fee per entry with incentives for entering early.
The 2018 competition entry deadline is January 31st.
