A first app for P2P money transfer, Volt, launched in Romania
Volt, the first app for Peer-2-Peer money transfer in Romania, was launched by Volt Finance in partnership with Libra Internet Bank and Mastercard. The app allows users to make money transfers from and towards any banking card emitted in Romania directly from their smartphone. The transfers can be made at any time, even outside the banking hours. To be able to use the app, the users can connect with their Facebook data or with a phone number, e-mail and bank card. Transactions are processed by Romcard, according to the security standards from Mastercard and top card issuers.
