Centrade | Cheil’s Head of Planning to represent Romania in EACA Euro Effie 2018 jury
Raluca Gonzalez, Head of Planning Centrade-Cheil, will represent Romania in EACA Euro Effie 2018 jury, as juror for the first round of the competition, which selects this year’s finalists of the festival.
The Euro Effies is an annual competition recognizing the most effective, multi-national communication campaigns in Europe, and validates the advertising industry’s effectiveness together with the client. Centrade | Cheil continues the tradition of having one of their key executives participate as juror, having previously been represented four years in a row by Mona Opran, COO and prior by Radu Florescu, CEO.
The 20 first round jurors will evaluate submitted campaigns based on quality criteria and select the finalists for the second (and last) deliberation round.
Raluca Gonzalez has more than 17 years of experience in developing, implementing and measuring strategic and business planning initiatives for clients in various multiple business sectors such as banking (Raiffeisen Bank), electronics (Samsung), insurance (Metropolitan Life), oil & gas (TRG Group Rompetrol), retail (Rewe Group, Carrefour), drinks (European Drinks), food (European Food), non-food (Pampers, Pantene), pharmaceuticals (AstraZeneca, GSK), and auto (Toyota) to name a few. Her main responsibility is to help clients discover business opportunities or threats based on research, trends and CRM data, and create projects that turn data insights into effective strategies.
The Euro Effies are organised by the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA) with the support of WARC, The European Publishers’ Council, Google, Adforum.com, Procter & Gamble, Nielsen, creativebrief, FirstRental & Viva Xpress Logistics.
