YMU Group further strengthens leadership team
YMU, the leading talent management company for clients in sports, music, drama and entertainment, has further strengthened its leadership team as it continues its focus on US and global expansion.
Holly Bott has been appointed as Managing Director YMU Entertainment, replacing Mary Bekhait who was recently promoted to the newly-created role of UK CEO, overseeing YMU’s five business divisions.
Bott joined YMU in 2015 as Group Head of Strategy, progressing to Director of YMU Entertainment’s Board and becoming Director of Client Services in January 2019. As MD YMU Entertainment she will lead the teams working with leading TV presenters/hosts, broadcasters, experts, social influencers and authors.
Prior to joining YMU, Bott worked in the planning teams at Sony Music, rising to senior planner for SYCO Music.
Holly Bott, Managing Director YMU Entertainment, said:
“It is an honour to follow in the footsteps of such a talent as Mary Bekhait, who has left in place a brilliant team who want the best for each and every one of our clients.
“I can’t wait to get started working with the Entertainment team and the wider YMU expert network to make great things happen for our clients.”
Bott’s appointment is with immediate effect and happens as Paul Randle, previously Senior Legal and Commercial Officer at NBCUniversal International Studios, takes up his newly created role of Managing Director at Troika, YMU’s Drama and Comedy division.
Randle will provide strategic leadership for Troika and build on its industry-leading reputation for taste and deal-making across a roster of comedians, writers, producers, actors and casting directors at the top of their fields.
Paul Randle, Managing Director at Troika, said:
“It’s truly a privilege to have the opportunity to support the wonderful talent that Troika represents – I can’t wait to get started.”
Strengthening the leadership team is part of the global expansion strategy currently underway led by Neil Rodford, Global CEO, YMU Group.
Neil Rodford, Global CEO, YMU Group, said:
“Long term career goals are at the heart of the YMU client and colleague offering.
