Martin Bochineck is the new Global President for Isobar
With the appointment, Martin Bochineck becomes the highest ranked Danish executive in the international marketing industry. The goal is to double the size of Isobar in 3 years.
Martin Bochineck shifts his role from that of CEO of Isobar Nordics to Global President of Isobar. Isobar has 6,500 employees in 45 countries. Martin has been at the head of Isobar Nordics since 2016, when Magnetix was acquired by dentsu and merged into the Isobar brand.
During that period, revenue in Isobar Nordics has grown at double-digit rates and total earnings have more than doubled. Among other things these business results have made Martin Bochineck an obvious choice as global head of Isobar.
With Martin, we get a great business talent with a passion for world-class interactive solutions (…) I have been following Martin since we bought Magnetix, and I look forward to seeing how he will take Isobar to the next level on a global scale.
Jean Lin,
Global CEO of Creative & Experience dentsu
Martin Bochineck is excited to have the opportunity to use his experience from the Nordic countries internationally.
“I am very pleased to be able to contribute to the overall Isobar business. I love the Isobar brand and our position in experience-led digital transformation. We are quite unique in our approach and on a scale matched by very few. There are some very big goals for Isobar from dentsu, basically the ambition is to double the agency. This growth should be achieved both organically and by acquisitions.
Isobar is dentsu’s digital agency focusing on experience, but we are also part of a line of business “Creativity”, which counts a total of 14,000 employees in 54 countries. Together we have some very strong offerings in marketing, innovation, content production, experience platforms and commerce. I feel very privileged to be part of that journey.”
- Bobby Hollingsworth is new Nordic CEO
Going forward, Martin Bochineck will maintain his commitment to the Nordic region. As new Nordic Chairman of the Board of Isobar and in close cooperation with the new Nordic CEO, Bobby Hollingsworth, he will continue the positive development of the agency. Since 2018, Bobby has been at the forefront of Isobar’s Nordic investment in martech and created rapid and significant results in the Nordic market with Adobe and Salesforce, among others. He comes from Isobar Melbourne, was there for 7 years, and draws from his wide international experience as head of 250 employees.
- New leadership duo in Denmark
In addition to Bobby Hollingsworth as the new head of the Nordics, Isobar Denmark’s 240 employees will have a joint leadership consisting of Wendy Wiese Petersen and Jimmi Eriksen. Wendy is the new agency chief responsible for daily operations, while Jimmi is the CEO with a focus on business development. These two experienced agency professionals have been in Isobar (formerly Magnetix) no less than 14 and 8 years respectively in various managing positions and as partners. Along with the rest of management, it is their job to continue the positive results in Denmark.
