Cristi Cucu (Teamogy): “The entire team can manage all important activities in one system from anywhere”

AdHugger.net: What must everybody know about Teamogy?

Cristi Cucu: Teamogy is a system for management, daily work and collaboration of the entire team.  It’s dedicated to marketing agencies, design studios, architects, lawyers or consultancy companies (simply said all Professional Services companies). The company that has been developing Teamogy is AD-IN-ONE from Prague, a company with over 20 years experience in developing integrated system to help companies in growing their businesses.

AdHugger.net: When was Teamogy launched? 

Cristi Cucu: 15 years ago AD-IN-ONE developed a system called also AD-IN-ONE which is used by thousands of users worldwide including Romania (for example GMP Group, Centrade | Cheil, Propaganda, … ).

Teamogy is the successor of AD-IN-ONE and was released at the end of 2018 after 3 years of development.

Teamogy’s  advantages are superb user experience and easy customization for different industry needs and specializations.  The most important change is that the system is fully cloud based – easily accessible by anyone, onboarding is fast and effortless in a matter of hours. The only thing you need is to have internet connection and then you can just enjoy having your company in the palm of your hands.

 

AdHugger.net: How did you decide to enter the Romanian market and why that moment in time?

Libor Černý: First of all – we already have very interesting clients in Romania with hundreds of users. And we consider our existing and also future clients as our partners. This is our business philosophy. Moreover, our business relationship is not built on a client-supplier point of view, but on a partnership point of view.

Therefore, we have decided to open an office here to improve our onboarding assistance and reaction rate to client needs and demands. The decision to implement Teamogy is a a decision which influence a company for at least 5 years from now on so it is a very important milestone in every company decision. And we want to stay closer to our clients and support them – with localisation, our consultancy and ongoing support.

AdHugger.net: What does the Romanian market represent for you as business potential?

Libor Černý: Romania is a very important market with great and experienced people to work with. The potential is huge and together with our integrated product and expertise our clients will focus more on their core business so the result will be an increase profit and time efficiency.

Teamogy is used by a large range of companies: from small startups of 3 people up to large international companies with hundreds of users. We can say that Teamogy is growing with your company. So, the real market potential is huge. We really can help any company.

AdHugger.net: Is your business strategy different for the Romanian market than other countries you are activating on and why?

Cristi Cucu: Every market has its particularities, so yes, in general, our business strategy differs from one country to another. From our point of view Romania is still young and there is plenty of room in growing. Considering what is happening now we believe that Romania is in pole position to become a great market to invest in. We want to be a part of it.

We have also localised Teamogy to Romanian language, we implemented local financial settings like VAT rates, currencies and many others. Any company can easily start to use it.

AdHugger.net: Whom is your main target and why?

Cristi Cucu: I don’t think that one particular industry could be defined as a main target. Teamogy is a comprehensive solution in one system dedicated to PR agencies, advertising, event, direct marketing, online, design studios, architects, lawyers or consultancy companies from small to multinational.

Indeed we have large expertise in advertising business, but we’ve decided to make Teamogy available to all of the above industries. And we have a really great feedback from them.

AdHugger.net: You are also addressing communication agencies. Do you have a different approach for them or some specialized, personalized tools?

Cristi Cucu: Teamogy is an integrated project management tool that offers all the major needs of a company, including of course the communication agencies. Every company may have different flows, procedures and business needs that could easily be setup in Teamogy.

However, finally all companies want to behave in a very similar way – do profitable jobs, have well organised and productive people and keep finances and documents under control. And that’s what Teamogy is all about.

AdHugger.net: How do you believe that your personal experience in working with advertising agencies will help you on the new professional road?

Cristi Cucu: I have been in advertising for 16 years now, starting as Client Service and moving to the Finance Department and been there ever since. I have been working with many great and experienced people from every department of the agencies I have been with and kept learning from great people . Every time I was trying to be proactive and managed to fulfill both the productive and support departments need of information regarding the business.

Being in the middle of things and working with other tools I know that system as Teamogy is what every company needs. And I want to help them to use it fully.

AdHugger.net: Do you have competition?

Cristi Cucu: Competition exists almost in almost every industry. There are many different tools already used in companies. While being in the middle of the marketing industry I have been working with some of these tools, but until know I haven’t get in touch with such an integrated tool as Teamogy.

Companies are usually using many different applications which are not easily compatible. So to get  a comprehensive view of the company is very challenging. Also people usually enter data several times to different systems. Teamogy can replace most of them and also provide a great user experience at the same time.

AdHugger.net: What do you offer differently and more than your competition?

Cristi Cucu: Teamogy  is user friendly, easy to implement, cloud based and transparent regarding costs, all-in-one tool. It can really replace many different incompatible applications.  We also bring our expertise and experiences directly in local language and local settings. AdHugger.net: How much are your solutions helping in this work-from-home environment?

Cristi Cucu: Teamogy is the perfect tool for working from home. All you have to do is use your browser to access it, every member of your company knows what are the projects they are assigned to, who is working on what and the budgets and finances are kept under control. Basically, the entire flow of your business is under control without losing information and communication.

AdHugger.net: Is it hard to implement such a system? 

Cristi Cucu: Great question at the end. A huge number of such implementations generally fails (even around 60%). However, we are very happy that we do it different way. Our clients stay with us – we can count client turnout on fingers of one hand.

Teamogy onboarding is not a rocket science. Teamogy is easy to onboard in couple of hours after decision to do so. For sure, the bigger the company, the more time it may take. However, it shouldn’t take more than a few weeks – otherwise it could turn into a nightmare.
