Mathias Krümmel – new head of PostNord Sweden
Mathias Krümmel has been appointed the new head of PostNord Sweden. He will start his new role on January 1, 2021. He will then take over the position Annemarie Gardshol has held since February 2018, in parallel with her responsibilities as President and CEO of the PostNord Group.
Mathias Krümmel has been employed by the Group since 2000, and he has held several executive positions at PostNord Sweden over the years. These included Head of the Solutions business area in 2018, and VP Sales in the period 2014–2017. Most recently, he has worked as Head of Production, a role he has held since June 2018. Mathias Krümmel began his career within the Group at former Postnet AB, and before making the move to PostNord Sweden in 2014, he held several executive positions at both Posten IT and Posten Logistik AB.
Mathias Krümmel was born in 1970. He trained with the Swedish Armed Forces, where he served from 1990–2000 with the rank of Captain. Mathias Krümmel currently sits on the Board of Directors of employers’ organization Almega.
He will be a part of the Group Executive Team, GLT, and will report to CEO Annemarie Gardshol.
