2Performant: Raluca Negrea appointed Country Manager Romania & Bulgaria

2Performant announced Raluca Negrea took over as Country Manager Romania and Bulgaria while Constantin Stanciu became Growth Manager. Those appointments reflect the organization of the company in 2 Business Units: 2Performant Romania & Bulgaria and 2Performant Growth Unit. Dorin Boerescu will continue to be the CEO of 2Performant, position from which he will coordinate all company’s operations and will focus on growth initiatives.

Through the new position, Raluca aims to consolidate 2Performant on the Romanian market, where the company is already leader in affiliate marketing, and to support a constant growth rhytm

Raluca has extensive experience in business management and marketing for tech, worked for big brands and companies, but also for companies listed to the stock exchange. She founded and was partner in multiple companies, with activities in marketing and tech, lead big team and coordinated cross-country projects, with expertise on the markets in CEE. In 2010, she took the entrepreneurship path and discovered she likes to grow and develop businesses. Raluca works with 2Performant since 2015, was part of the most important moves in company’s business, like the migration to 2Performant.com, and had an important role in listing on BVB’s AERO market. Raluca is licensed in communication sciences at Communication Faculty, Bucharest University, and holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (2013-2015).

Appointed Growth Manager, Constantin Stanciu will manage the business segment dedicated to testing and identifying growth opportunities for the company. He has 14 years of experience in business development and entrepreneurship and helped growing several companies in tech, marketing and events. He is in 2Performant’s team for 2 years and he started as Business Development Manager for influencer marketing division.
