Simina Zidaru was appointed Deputy Managing Director within Tribal Wordwide România, one of the strong digital agencies at local level. Previously, Simina was agency’s Creative director.

With 10 years of experience gathered in top creative agencies in Romania, Simina Zidaru will develop and implement the management strategy for Tribal Worldwide România.

The transition of a creative director towards operational management is atypical. Probably the managerial and the creative personalities are relatively different. In spite of that, the two can co-exist. I have besides me a team that believes in the value of creative leadership and in creativity as real tool in business. Creativity is applied multidisciplinary, from social media, strategy, content, data until client service. The learning process should never end and I am grateful to have the chance to try, myself too, to make things different.

Simina Zidaru will work together with Roxana Memetea, Managing Partner Tribal Worldwide România, in order to achieve agency’s business objectives. She will coordinate a team of over 30 specialists, with expertize in different areas, from strategy, creative to social media, content creation, video editing, data innovation and programming.
