Tailent adds to the team two executives to reinforce globalization efforts and accelerate expansion
Tailent, Romanian tech company known for the development of intelligent software robots and for democratizing access to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, strengthens its top management team by bringing in two key executives with extensive international experience, as part of its strategy to accelerate its expansion and boost global presence. Starting September, Laurent Binetti joins as Board Advisor for Strategy and Dragoș Mateescu becomes Head of Business Development.
With a broad international understanding and expertise in the IT industry, Laurent Binetti will focus on Tailent’s global commercial strategy, with the aim to strengthen the company’s position on the worldwide RPA map and build its international customer base. In the Business Advisor for Strategy role, Laurent Binetti will leverage his vast experience in building and managing major business units, with a focus on channel sales for SME and enterprise customers for Tailent.
Previously, for more than 20 years, Laurent Binetti has been part of Dell’s EMEA top management team, last acting as Vice President and GM Dell channel sales. Laurent successfully expanded the company’s presence into new geographies and developed new products and services. His business acumen was also confirmed in other roles in large enterprises like CEVA Logistics, where he last served as Chief Commercial Officer. As a Senior Executive leader, Laurent has valuable expertise in successfully transforming and developing international organisations and in implementing expansion strategies, which are key for Tailent’s globalization efforts.

In addition, as Tailent’s new Head of Business Development, Dragoș Mateescu will have a major role in the company’s expansion through global partnerships and tech alliances. Dragoș will focus on accelerating Tailent’s global footprint by leveraging his extensive and proven international experience in managing business development and sales strategies, channels and teams in companies like Dell or ICL(Fujitsu Services).
At Dell, Dragoș Mateescu started as Country Manager for the Balkansin2003.He later moved to other challenging roles such as Country Manager for Turkey, Regional Sales Director for CEE Commercial or Regional Director for Business Development and Integration CEE, with a focus on business consolidation and expansion.
