L’Oréal Romania: Smaranda Teleabă takes over as Chief Marketing Officer, Raluca Duță becomes Head of L’Oréal University for E-Commerce
Starting July, Smaranda Teleabă took over as Chief Marketing Officer L’Oréal România, with the mission to continue the transformation of CDMO department towards digital innovation in marketing and e-comemrce started by her predecesor, Raluca Duță, that assumed the role of Head of L’Oréal University for E-Commerce.
With over 10 years of experience within the company,Teleabă joined L’Oréal România in 2012, being involved in brand management, product management and marketing management,after which she consolidated her aptitudes as Business Unit Manager NYX Professional Makeup and Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager Make-up.
With her leadership skills, make-up cateory posted an unequalled increase, reaching 1st from sales and profit point of view among larg consumption products division. With her team, Smaranda implemented the transformation towards consumers digital experience, with strong focus on social media and advocacy
From her new role, Raluca Duță, helped by her experience within L’Oréal România, will facilitate the development, innovation and education in e-commerce at international level, within L’Oréal Groupe. Raluca joined L’Oréal in 2017 as Digital Manager, with the mission to accelerate company’s media and digitization projects, she took over as Corporate Digital Manager in 2018, when, with a cross-divisions team built to accelerate L’Oreals presence in e-commerce, placed Romania in the top of European countries when it cames of growth in the e-commerce model.
Started 2020, as Chief Marketing Officer, Raluca continued her efforts to solidify e-commerce, implementing major innovations within L’Oréal România, accelerating retailer media campaigns, creating a well defined structure of colaborating with influencers when it comes of advocacy and integrating consumer intelligence as key point in L’Oréal’s business model.
“During the last 6 years within the company, my goals were to integrate digital marketing activities, from media to advocacy on all communication channels, but also to accelerate online sales, reaching to double digits growth from one year to another. In the new global position of Head of L’Oréal University for E-Commerce, I will use my experience to innovate education about e-commerce within L’Oréal, both through accelerating existing programs and by developing new ones, customized for different functions, and also by programs created together with the bigest clients from global e-commerce”, Raluca Duță, Head of L’Oréal University for E-Commerce said.
