Foap strengthens its Board by appointing Michał Glapiński and Edyta Kotowicz as Managing Partners
Foap.com enters a new phase of international expansion with the appointment of Michał Glapiński – former Saatchi & Saatchi IS Managing Director, co-founder of Brand New Galaxy and former CEO of Pathfinder 23 – as Chief Strategy Officer & Managing Partner, and the appointment of former Meta Creative Shop Head Edyta Kotowicz as Executive Creative Director & Managing Partner.
A seasoned visionary, Michał has been instrumental in shaping the digital landscape. As a cocreator
of one of Central Europe’s largest digital agencies, Interactive Solutions (2006-2014), which was later
acquired by Publicis Groupe, Michał has a proven track record of inspirational leadership and creating innovative services. His tenure as managing director at Saatchi & Saatchi IS (2014-2017), Poland’s most innovative and awarded agency at that time, further highlights his capabilities.
Michał also co-founded Brand New Galaxy and served as CEO of Pathfinder 23, transforming it from a small startup into a major global player with a portfolio including global giants such as Procter & Gamble, Bayer, Coty, 3M, and Lindt. Following the sale of Brand New Galaxy to Stagwell Group in 2022, Michał remains as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Edyta is a celebrated creative leader whose accolades include Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, and Clio awards. Between 2016 and 2019, as the head of META Creative Shop, she was pivotal in crafting strategies
and overseeing operations for key clients across 28 countries in the CEE region and spearheading the expansion of Facebook and Instagram platforms there. During her tenure in Berlin in 2018-2019, Edyta was responsible for implementing the ‘Instagram First’ strategy across the DACH countries. Additionally, Edyta is the founder of several socially-focused startups tackling significant societal issues, reflecting her commitment to empathy and emotional health both in her personal life and the business realm.
This significant addition to the leadership team aligns with Foap’s mission to redefine the landscape
of Creator-Generated Content across key markets in North America, Europe, Asia and LATAM.
Foap has emerged as a global frontrunner in social media advertising under the stewardship of CEO Mateusz (Matt) Zybaczynski since 2018, by unleashing the creativity of 4.5 million creators around the world and catering to iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Uber, and MasterCard. The
platform’s robust partnership with tech giants Meta and TikTok, and its pioneering role in the TikTok Creative Exchange in Europe highlights its innovative edge in the digital content sphere.
Foap has its HQ in Warsaw and a global footprint extending to Zurich, Miami, and Indonesia.
