Ciucaș cleans and creates 23 Ciucaș Meadows for True Relaxation in Clean Nature

With a total of 23 Ciucaș Meadows in 19 counties, the brand now covers nearly half of Romania’s counties following the successful completion of the 2024 edition of the Ciucaș Caravan.

Since the initiative launched in 2019, Ciucaș has developed 23 spaces for relaxation, providing communities with ideal spots for responsible picnics and relaxation, allowing them to enjoy natural landscapes while reaffirming the brand’s commitment to nature through the “Clean Nature, True Relaxation” platform.

This year, Ciucaș inaugurated four new relaxation spots, including one eco-camp on the shore of Lake Bicaz.

The Bicaz Meadow – An Example of Innovative Eco-Camp

The meadow located on the shore of Lake Bicaz displays new features of the “Clean Nature, True Relaxation” project, being the first eco-camp clearing. It offers visitors a classic setup with pavilions, tables and benches, grills, and a waste collection station, while also providing additional elements to ensure a responsible camping experience. The meadow is equipped with a campfire site, solar lighting, and shower cabins, thus integrating modern comfort with respect for the environment. These facilities allow visitors to enjoy nature responsibly, offering opportunities for outdoor recreational and social activities.

The Ciucaș Meadows inaugurated this year were visited by the Ciucaș Caravan. The journey started on June 15 at Pietrele lui Solomon in Brașov County and continued with stops in Șoimuș, Hunedoara County on June 16, Bucovăț, Dolj County on June 22, and Ostroveni, Vâlcea County on June 23. The caravan’s final stop was in Bicaz, Neamț County on July 13.

At each caravan stop, participants enjoyed a variety of relaxing activities and memorable experiences. Interactive games, surprise prizes, and cold Ciucaș beer were just a few of the ingredients that made each event unforgettable. The atmosphere was always enhanced by live music and the good cheer brought by Văru’ Săndel, the Ciucaș ambassador.

From the beginning of this initiative, local authorities have been an integral part of the process, offering constant and essential support in the development and promotion of the Ciucaș Meadows.
