“JOAN isn’t your average agency. Something special is happening in this office just off Fleet Street. So I’m more than a little chuffed that they’ve invited me to step onboard and create a boatload of joyful rebellion” said Graeme.
Graeme will report to Kirsty Hathaway, Executive Creative Director , and Flora will report to Tom Ghiden, Managing Director . Their new roles within JOAN London’s senior team builds on the agency’s continued growth, with several new hires last year; George Fox, Thorbjørn Liljegren and Christine Jensen.
JOAN Creative has been breaking the mould for what it means to be a small agency since its inception by Lisa Clunie and Jaime Robinson in New York in 2016. A formidable challenger, this female founded independent serves as a global offering of a big agency, while bringing the creativity, agility and fire of a small agency.
Their first London shop opened in 2023 with the ambition to continue the JOAN legacy for being one of the most creative and forward-thinking agencies with a strong house style, powerful purpose-driven initiatives, and award-winning pro bono work.
